Replacements & Returns
If you are not happy with your order you may return the products in their original condition and packaging for a refund. This return policy does not apply to any custom orders. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and be in perfect condition.
To make a return or exchange, email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receipt and specify your reason for return. We will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and the address you should ship it to. Please pack the item with care, include the RMA. Return shipment must be postmarked no later than 10 days after the receipt of item. Unless the item is damaged, you will be responsible for all shipping cost back to FarmSteady.
We recommend inspecting your purchase immediately. If an item is incorrect, flawed, or damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt and we will be glad to send out a replacement. We take care in packaging our orders but the items can be fragile and on occasion are mishandled in delivery. If your package arrives with apparent damage to the box and goods inside, or if the glass fermenter is shattered please send us a photo and we will replace the entire order. If a single part is damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send out a replacement.
