- Organic, heirloom and non-GMO seeds
- Plant directly in garden soil in full sun, during spring through early fall
- Beets will have the best flavor and texture when grown in cooler weather
- Matures in 55 days
- For a continuous harvest, sow every 2-3 weeks
- Check on beets often and harvest as soon as they stop increasing in size
- Eat the greens too! Can be steamed and served with butter
