Good when you live near a goat farm My cousin gave this to me because I actually live a few miles from a goat farm that carries fresh goat milk. At first I thought it was a joke, but I've actually been making some really good chevre with this kit-for extra flavor, I've added rosemary in one and lemon zest and honey in another. Best goat farm adjacent gift ever. ;)
