WHAT YOU NEED

Recipe Yield

  • 1 Dozen Doughnuts

Additional Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl

  • Doughnut Pan (or Muffin Tin)

Included Ingredients

  • Doughnut Baking Mix

  • Vanilla Glazing Mix

  • Lavender Flowers

Additional Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Milk

  • 2 Eggs

  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter

  • Zest of 1 Lemon (Optional)

Let's Get Started
Step-by-Step Instructions

1.
Prep

Gather all of your ingredients and preheat oven to 375˚F. Spray doughnut pan with baking spray.
Don’t have a doughnut pan? You can use a muffin tin with a small ball of tin foil in the center to create a doughnut hole.

While the oven is preheating, roughly chop your lavender, reserving some whole lavender for garnish.

2.
Make Batter

In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup milk, 2 tbs melted butter, and 2 eggs. Add in the baking mix and roughly chopped lavender. Stir until well combined.

3.
Fill Doughnut Pan

Using a spoon or piping bag, add batter to doughnut pan filling just shy of the top. If you are using a muffin tin, fill just under 1”.

4.
Bake

Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool. While the doughnuts bake, you can begin prepping the glaze.

5.
Glaze

Working in batches, combine 1/2 cup of glaze with 1 tablespoon water or milk and whisk until smooth. Repeat as needed.

Dip the top of each doughnut in glaze. Top with remaining lavender and lemon zest (if using). Let glaze set and enjoy!
