Real New York Bagels I lived in New York for more than a decade and I got this kit as a gift from my friend who was visting me. I have to say I made these bagels. I even made the cream cheese and I'm totally ready to set up shop here in California. These bagels are legit..
it arrived on time. Thank you for it. I'm waiting until my grandchildren get here in April so we can do it together. I bought some sesame and caraway seeds so they won't all be everything.

My brother sent me a kit for Chanukah. I made the bagels a few weeks later when I had company for New Year's Day brunch. We also bought some from a local bakery in case they weren't good. My guests love the homemade bagels!! They took home the few leftovers and totally ignored the bagels we had bought. They were also a lot of fun to make. The cheese was also fun and tasted good, but I couldn't get the proper cream. If I manage to find some, I'll try it again.
I bought it as a gift so I didn’t actually make them, but they shipped super quick and without issue!
