Ravioli Making Kit

Wonderful gift to encourage the younger members of my family to cook Italian food!

I can't share my experience, because I gave this kit to my stepdaughter for Christmas. She and her husband were delighted! When I hear from her how it has worked out for her, I will tell you. (I have never ever been disappointed in any of your kits. Thank you!)

My whole family enjoyed making it together and it really was delicious. We used jarred red sauce but for the second half are going to do a brown butter sage sauce.

Great project to do on a rainy day, kept us all busy and then had it for dinner. Kids loved it with just butter and parm, husband and I added some chopped calabrian chilis (both to the filling and sauce). Benissimo!

Got this for my husband as a anniversary present.. we did our honeymoon in italy.. will save for date night.

More involved than a meal kit but also more fun, like an acutal activity. Perfect for a kitchen project sort of night.

I had no idea that ricotta was so easy to make. The ravioli was more complicated but all together not that tough. Would recommend.

Perfect for pasta lovers! The kit was simple to use, and the ravioli was amazing. It was seriously like making restaurant-quality pasta at home.

The ravioli was so fun to make, and the result was amazing. A great gift for any pasta lover.

The instructions were easy to follow but here are my tips: make sure you have enough counter space to roll out your dough, roll it paper thin (the first ones I made were thick and a little chewy) and don't overfill. Really fun experience.

Took longer than I was planning but came out good. Wouldn't do a double batch again and got sick of forming ravioli - but am happy to have them in my freezer.

I had very low expectations for myself and this kit, but totally edible. Prob won't do it again but will prob drop pasta-maker as a skill on dates haha
