Hard Cider Kit

Our Hard Cider Kit has everything you need (other than some fresh cider) for 3 batches of tart, dry and bubbly hard cider.

The process is as old as apples: pitch the dry cider yeast into fresh apple cider in the glass fermentation jug, cap it with the airlock, and watch it bubble as the yeast turns sweet cider dry. When it settles, the racking cane and tubing siphon your finished cider cleanly off the sediment — and there’s sanitizer in the box for all three rounds.

It’s a hands-off ferment with a big payoff, and a natural next project for anyone who’s caught the fermentation bug — or a gift for the friend who never stopped talking about their homebrew phase.
