Doughnut’s have been my Kryptonite since birth. My little sister bought me this kit for my birthday along with a jar of lavender strawberry jam (for the filling). I am NOT a baker by any means. But I could have fooled my family because these were the best baked goods I’ve ever made in my life! The instructions were easy to understand and I’m definitely going to order more! Thank you!

This was my first time baking with yeast and first time frying anything so doubted my ability to make anything edible but they came out delicious.
Delicious, though a little "yeasty" Followed the recipe exactly and these came out great! Used a thermometer to get the oil as close to 350 as possible. Much higher and they cook too quickly. Some came out with a noticeable yeast taste. Not sure if I didn't properly dissolve the yeast. Otherwise, no complaints.
Gave this as a gift, and my friend loved it!

This is just FYI. First, every kit I have received and used is amazing. Product excellent, instructions perfect and complete. This is the second time I have received kits and upon opening, the shipping box had loose product in the bottom. Not a great deal (this time about a tablespoon), but it was the sugar packet for the donuts. I checked the packet after opening the individual kit and the packet of sugar was not sealed completely across. This allowed the very fine sugar grains to leak out. Like I said, not a huge amount, but I figured you would want to know.
Last year we loved this kit so we bought it again. Unfortunately this year the yeast was bad so the donuts came out like hockey pucks.
