I love focaccia but never got around to making it. This kit is so easy it shamed me into baking it and I’m so glad I did! It is easy and addicting! My next adventure is to use the focaccia as a base for pizza! Oh wait! That means I get to use one of the cheese making kits too!

Easy and quite good! Just finished making the Herb and Garlic focaccia bread. It looks fantastic and tastes really good. Directions are easy to find and follow.
