I found a recipe for gut health in my home apothecary.book. Black tea, chamomile, fennel, peppermint & a SCOBY. It was the first time I made it and although I enjoy kombucha drinks I wasn't quite sure how a home brewed one would taste. It was delicious and refreshing, no bitter or overwhelming tartness.
